We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and have less than 5 miles of recorded usage to qualify for a full refund.
Are the batteries included with the purchase?
Absolutely. All our electric sports equipment includes the necessary lithium-ion battery packs and a standard UL-certified charger.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Most of our products arrive 85-95% assembled. However, we partner with local bike shops to offer professional assembly for a flat fee at checkout.
